Bloxholm Wood

This wood is a short distance from my home and my son and I often walk there in the evenings. I have been trying for a while to capture some pictures of the barn owls that we often see hunting in the fields close to the woods.
Here is a sequence taken recently. We had seen the owl drop into the corn onto some prey. Whilst the owl was out of sight, I ran towards the spot in the hope of getting a shot when it took off again.
